Portanto, este \u00e9 o momento de escolher os representantes que ter\u00e3o um papel fundamental de decidir e fiscalizar a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Economus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Entenda a import\u00e2ncia dos Conselhos Deliberativo e Fiscal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0<strong>Conselho Deliberativo<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de decis\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o superior do Economus, respons\u00e1vel pelas principais decis\u00f5es que impactam o presente e o futuro dos Participantes e Assistidos. Estabelece as diretrizes e normas gerais para organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como para os planos de benef\u00edcios e sa\u00fade. \u00c9 composto por 6 (seis) membros titulares e 6 (seis) membros suplentes, nomeados, paritariamente, entre: representantes dos Participantes Ativos, Assistidos, Participantes em BPD, Participantes Autopatrocinados e Participantes Saldados do Economus, escolhidos por meio de elei\u00e7\u00e3o direta; e representantes do Patrocinador, Banco do Brasil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0<strong>Conselho Fiscal<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de controle interno do Economus, respons\u00e1vel por zelar pela gest\u00e3o econ\u00f4mico-financeira e o cumprimento das regras de governan\u00e7a. Analisa e aprova os balancetes, emite pareceres sobre o balan\u00e7o, aponta defici\u00eancias, avalia adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de hip\u00f3teses atuariais e execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, entre outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 integrado por, no m\u00e1ximo, 4 (quatro) membros titulares e 4 (quatro) membros suplentes, escolhidos, paritariamente, entre: representantes dos Participantes Ativos, Assistidos, Participantes em BPD, Participantes Autopatrocinados e Participantes Saldados do Economus, por meio de elei\u00e7\u00e3o direta; e representantes do Patrocinador, Banco do Brasil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Como participar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voc\u00ea pode participar de duas formas:\u00a0escolhendo um dos candidatos para represent\u00e1-lo ou concorrendo a um dos cargos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nestas elei\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o escolhidos Portanto, este \u00e9 o momento de escolher os representantes que ter\u00e3o um papel fundamental de decidir e fiscalizar a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Economus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Entenda a import\u00e2ncia dos Conselhos Deliberativo e Fiscal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0<strong>Conselho Deliberativo<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de decis\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o superior do Economus, respons\u00e1vel pelas principais decis\u00f5es que impactam o presente e o futuro dos Participantes e Assistidos. Estabelece as diretrizes e normas gerais para organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como para os planos de benef\u00edcios e sa\u00fade. \u00c9 composto por 6 (seis) membros titulares e 6 (seis) membros suplentes, nomeados, paritariamente, entre: representantes dos Participantes Ativos, Assistidos, Participantes em BPD, Participantes Autopatrocinados e Participantes Saldados do Economus, escolhidos por meio de elei\u00e7\u00e3o direta; e representantes do Patrocinador, Banco do Brasil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0<strong>Conselho Fiscal<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de controle interno do Economus, respons\u00e1vel por zelar pela gest\u00e3o econ\u00f4mico-financeira e o cumprimento das regras de governan\u00e7a. Analisa e aprova os balancetes, emite pareceres sobre o balan\u00e7o, aponta defici\u00eancias, avalia adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de hip\u00f3teses atuariais e execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, entre outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 integrado por, no m\u00e1ximo, 4 (quatro) membros titulares e 4 (quatro) membros suplentes, escolhidos, paritariamente, entre: representantes dos Participantes Ativos, Assistidos, Participantes em BPD, Participantes Autopatrocinados e Participantes Saldados do Economus, por meio de elei\u00e7\u00e3o direta; e representantes do Patrocinador,
